Next up, the ad is severely lacking in details, you need to explain how long you've owned the car, does it run/drive, these kind of issues shouldn't require a phone call for more "INF." Finally, when showing a picture of the trunk for example, you should focus on the trunk compartment and not the underside of the lid...seriously, this ad is just horrible. Can readers point anything else out that is just wrong?
